Healing in Croatia: Unlikely Hero
The posts on this blog are based on my personal experience and are not medical advice.
Croatia is big right now. Yacht week. Hot beach destinations. It’s the it place for your Instagram story in Europe. And that was before they got to the final of the World Cup.
But this summer I skipped the coast and spent three and a half weeks in the hot interior in Zagreb. I went to work with a practitioner who I’d only exchanged three emails with. I was less than certain about my decision to fly so far. Couldn't I find the same thing in the US?
What I found greatly, greatly exceeded my expectations and changed my perspective on many things.
Changes in health and overall wellbeing may come in moments, overnight in an ayahuasca ceremony, maybe, or in a momentary epiphany. But for me, the real changes in my wellbeing have come from a few intense weeks where the habits of my morning, thoughts, and body change.
My first month with Neurofeedback was one of those experiences. The only thing that’s rivaled it was my first two weeks working with PlasmaSaal in Zagreb.
